To find this location, you must find the woman in the Hiyoshi Springs village overlooking the main Hot Spring in the center of the town. One in particular, the Hiyoshi Springs Hot Spring, does not appear on your map. The southern region of Tsushima, Izuhara, has nine Hot Spring locations.
